Dr. Graham Forbes

Dr. Forbes is the founder and only treating dentist at Capital Dental Design. He leads every phase of your care personally, from the first photograph to the final restoration.

He earned his DDS at VCU, served as chief resident at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, and has completed more than 1,400 hours of advanced continuing education in cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry.

What does a smile makeover or full-mouth case cost?
It depends on how many teeth are involved and what each one needs, so we don't quote over the phone. At your consultation, Dr. Forbes reviews your options with you, and you'll know the anticipated costs before any treatment begins. Larger cases can be planned in phases to fit your budget and timeline.
Will my veneers look fake?
That's exactly what Digital Smile Design is for. The shape, length, and color of your teeth are designed around your face and lips, and you see and approve the design before we prepare a single tooth.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on the case. Cosmetic cases generally move faster than full-mouth or full-arch work, which includes healing time. As one example, the All-on-4 case on this page took six months from start to finish. You'll get a realistic timeline at your consultation.
I have missing or failing teeth. Are implants or All-on-4 right for me?
That depends on your bone, gum health, and medical history. Dr. Forbes evaluates all three at your first visit and walks you through every option, including ones that don't involve implants.
Do you take insurance?
We'll verify your insurance benefits before treatment so you know your costs upfront. If you don't have insurance, ask about our in-office membership plan.
